So Far Out is the side project of Andrew Jones (Field Recordings), a small Santa Barbara County label built around organic fruit, no additions, and a sense of fun about the whole enterprise. Bright White does what it says: a Rhône-leaning blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc that's bright in color, bright in acid, and bright in personality. A little viscous in the middle from the Viognier, snapped back into focus by the Sauvignon Blanc. House white energy.
