It's whole-cluster, semi-carbonic Cabernet Franc raised in concrete to lock in freshness and bottled young with little to no added sulfur. Released as a simple IGP Val de Loire, it's all about juicy fruit, energy and fun — think peppery dark berries with a chill on it. Crack it on the porch, no decanting required.
