Telescopico is Frontonio's old-vine flagship, sourced from 50+ year-old parcels in the high villages of Valdejalon, mostly Garnacha with smaller amounts of Garnacha Peluda and Mazuela (Carignan) on slate and clay-limestone. The 2021 was spontaneously fermented in cement with around five weeks of maceration, then raised in 2500L foudres and 500L barrels for roughly thirteen months. Fernando Mora MW has called this his most complete expression of Aragonese Garnacha: deep, savory and structured, but always with the salinity and lift that define the range.
