César Márquez grew up inside Bierzo's renaissance—nephew and protégé of the legendary Raúl Pérez, and heir to a family winery founded in 1752. "Parajes" is his entry into the range, but there's nothing entry-level about the fruit: it's blended from dozens of old-vine plots, some over a century old, scattered across nine villages.
