Corral de los Altos is Zorzal's village-level red — a Tempranillo and Garnacha blend drawn from high-altitude parcels in Navarra, where the stony clay-and-limestone soils and cool nights keep everything fresh. The vines are organically farmed, hand-harvested, fermented with wild yeasts, lightly extracted, and aged nine months in old oak.
