Skin-contact white made the old way - from over-100-year-old Torontel (the Chilean name for Moscatel/Torrontes) bush vines, dry-farmed without pesticides in the Bio-Bio Valley. Roberto Henriquez ferments on the skins with native yeasts for two to three weeks of maceration, then bottles unfiltered and naturally hazy. There's a small share of co-planted Semillon in the mix. The result is dry, textural, aromatic, and quietly transporting - jasmine and cherry blossom on the nose, almond and white tea on the palate. A pure expression of one of South America's oldest living vineyards.
