This one does a little more than sit in an ice bucket. Pavette's Pride bottling sends its proceeds to Positive Images, a Sonoma County organization that provides resources, mentorship and support for the local LGBTQIA+ community. The wine itself is a dry rose of Pinot Noir from California, medium-bodied, with a savory, mineral edge rather than a candied one. It works on a porch, at a picnic, or on a table full of people. Drink well, do some good.
