Satèn is Franciacorta's own invention: a sparkling wine bottled at lower pressure, so the bubbles arrive as a caress instead of a scrub. Monte Rossa's Sansevè is the house's take — 100% Chardonnay pulled from parcels spread across the heart of the zone, aged a minimum of two years on the lees before release. That long rest gives it almond and pastry depth, while the softer mousse makes it feel almost creamy.
