Seresin Estate has farmed biodynamically for over two decades, and the Momo Sauvignon draws from the same certified estate vineyards in the Wairau Valley as the top cuvee. Vinification is gentle and reductive, holding onto the variety's natural vibrancy while pulling back from the loud passionfruit-and-jalapeno style that defines a lot of the region. What you get is a clean, juicy, varietally honest Marlborough Sauvignon: lime, grapefruit, fresh-cut grass, a saline edge. Pour it cold and pair it generously.
