Michel Gahier Arbois Blanc Lou 2023
A fresh, non-oxidative Jura Chardonnay from one of the region's leading lights. While Michel Gahier is renowned for his 'sous voile' (oxidative) whites, Lou represents the opposite end of his range: bright, mineral, and direct. From Gahier's 6.5-hectare biodynamic domaine in Montigny-lĆØs-Arsures (family since 1525). In the Jura, Chardonnay is locally called 'Melon d'Arbois'āsame grape, same DNA, but the Jurassic limestone and continental climate produce a very different expression than Burgundy.
