The name means "ocean kiss," a nod to the maritime influence that runs through the range. This Cabernet Sauvignon is the warm-climate exception, drawn from Santa Barbara County's Bordeaux-variety territory. It's full-bodied but built around freshness, thanks to the region's dramatic day-night temperature swings. The result is a natural-leaning California Cab with plenty of depth and a lively edge.
