Jean-Michel Stephan is one of the only growers making natural wine across all of Cote-Rotie, working without added sulfur. This Syrah comes from his Vin de France range, assembled from younger Syrah planted near Condrieu and Verin, fermented with semi-carbonic techniques and raised in concrete.
