Guido Marsella Falanghina 2021
Guido Marsella is one of the pioneers who helped revive the high-altitude Summonte zone of Irpinia, in Campania, where his vines sit around 600 meters in the Partenio park on clay-loam soils rich in volcanic material. He made his name with Fiano but works the region's other great native whites too. This Falanghina is bright and fresh, an honest, food-friendly white grown at altitude with low yields. The 2021 is drinking well now and over the next couple of years.
