Equal parts Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, whole-cluster pressed, native-fermented and aged eleven months on the lees with no fining or filtering and only a whisper of SO2 at bottling. The result is a textured, deeply aromatic white that nods to Bordeaux's white tradition but speaks with a distinctly Sierra accent.
