Folk Machine's pink companion to their red Gamay, drawn from vines grafted at Cedar Lane in Arroyo Seco about a decade ago. Arroyo Seco is one of California's coldest, windiest AVAs (often compared to Carneros), and Gamay loves the chill. The fruit goes straight to press with only a brief skin contact during transport, then ferments slow and cool in stainless to lock in aromatics. The result is a feather-light, dry rose with snap and salinity, far from the sweet pink stereotype. Drink it cold all summer.
