Caiño Longo is such a unique variety and in my humble opinion the most undervalued red variety out there. Xabi’s is aromatic and intense with a lightning bolt of freshness and atomically energetic. In its youth it is mouthwatering with piercing acidity but with a seductive texture that helps tame all of that concentrated energy. Thai is flamboyantly beautiful and deep, the kind of wine that keeps you on the edge of your seat.
