Fleur de Savagnin is Domaine Labet's fresh take on the Jura's great white grape. Made from old vines of savagnin vert and jaune in the topped-up (ouille) style, this skips the nutty oxidative character in favor of brightness and energy. Aged in oak barrels and concrete eggs, it's bigger and bolder than Labet's Chardonnays, with ripe fruit, aromatic exotic notes, and a salty, electric finish.
