An organic, biodynamically farmed white Burgundy from Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson, a family that has worked the vines around Saint-Romain since 1758 and went organic back in 2009. This Bourgogne Blanc is a smart blend, young Saint-Romain vines for stony backbone, high-altitude Chardonnay for bright acidity, and riper Maconnais fruit for generosity, aged a year in used barrels without racking.
