Zouzou Rouge is the joyful, glug-worthy red from Domaine des Coteaux des Travers, the biodynamic Charavin family estate on the sunrise slopes of Rasteau. Robert Charavin took the domaine organic in the 1990s and biodynamic soon after (certified Biodyvin), and that healthy-soil farming gives this entry-level Cotes du Rhone real life and freshness. Grenache-led southern Rhone in its most approachable, fruit-forward form. Drink it young, and a slight chill does it no harm.
