Clos Cibonne is an utter rarity, making wines almost exclusively from Tibouren, an obscure Provencal grape almost no one else champions. They were here long before the rose craze and never changed the recipe. Vignettes is one of their special parcel-driven roses, a more focused expression of Tibouren from old vines in Cotes de Provence near the Mediterranean. As with their classic Tibouren roses, it sees time in old foudres, lending savory complexity. This is serious, food-loving Provence rose. The 2024 drinks well now and over the next year or two.
