Clair Obscur is the small biodynamic estate of Pierre and Jennifer Clair; Pierre worked the vines at Domaine de Montille and d'Angerville before farming his own 3.5 hectares. The reds are Pinot Noir made naturally, with minimal additions. This is honest, transparent village-level red Burgundy at a fair price. The 2022 drinks beautifully now.
