Bottled without dilution or filtration in the spirit
of founder Salvador Rosales Briseño, the Plata
is Cascahuín in its most authentic form. Each
small batch of no more than 2,500 liters delivers
an exuberant opening of mint, fresh herbs, and
citrus, giving way to a lush mid-palate of honey,
cooked agave, and ripe fruit. Rich and full-bodied,
with a long, sweet finish that lingers beautifully.
