Merlot is one of the more underrated grapes in the lineup, and Kenny treats it with respect: stainless fermentation, neutral oak aging, and a light touch overall. The result is a soft, plummy red that reminds you why this variety was beloved in the first place, before bigger, oakier styles took over.
