Franciacorta is made by the same painstaking traditional method — second fermentation in the bottle, extended lees aging — and Ca' del Bosco is one of the region's founding benchmark estates. This Cuvee Prestige is their calling card: Chardonnay-led, rounded out with Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero, blended with older reserve wines for depth and consistency. The estate is famous for near-obsessive winemaking, right down to washing the grapes before they're pressed. Pop it for a celebration or just because it's Tuesday.
