A pink wine with a purpose. Remy Saves the Sea is a charity project from proprietor Noah Dorrance and his daughter Remy, made to raise money and awareness for ocean health. It's also just a delicious rose: 100% Carignan from roughly 80-year-old, organically farmed vines in Mendocino, hand-picked at dawn and whole-cluster pressed for freshness. Fermented cool and raised in stainless, it stays lean, bright, and mineral rather than sweet. Drink well, do good.
