Composed of 85% Tempranillo cofermented with 10% Graciano and 5% Garnacha, this wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and concrete before aging for 18 months in large neutral French oak barrels and concrete tanks. It beautifully bridges traditional and modern Rioja styles, revealing an aromatic profile of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, smoked paprika, sage, and forest floor.
